I've spent 21 years selling homes in Etobicoke and Toronto's west end. Long enough to have sold on the same streets more than once, and to have watched these neighbourhoods change from the inside.<\/div>\r\n\t

Most of my clients are in the middle of something bigger than a real estate transaction. A family that has outgrown the house. Parents in a home that's become more than they want to maintain. People selling and buying at the same time, trying to make two moving parts line up without losing sleep over it. That's the work I know best, and it's the work I like most.<\/div>\r\n\t

My job, the way I see it, is to give you a clear picture and let you make the decision. What your home is realistically worth in today's market — not the number you'd like to hear. What's worth fixing before you list and what isn't. When to move, and when waiting is the better call.<\/div>\r\n\t

I don't push. I've never believed a home sells because someone felt pressured. It sells because the right buyer walks in and recognises it, and because nothing about the price or the presentation got in their way. One buyer who truly appreciates the home is all it takes.<\/div>\r\n\t

Most of my business comes from people I've worked with before, or someone they sent to me. After 21 years, that's the part I'm proudest of.<\/div>\r\n\t

I speak English, Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian.<\/div>\r\n\t

Away from work, my family is the reason for all of it. We spend part of every summer on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia — swimming, boating, long dinners, the kind of days that don't need planning. It's a good reminder of what people are actually buying when they buy a home: somewhere to have the life they want.<\/div>\r\n\t
